High temperature inductive proximity sensorsIDT sensors have an 80 mm diameter and a maximum switching distance of 45 mm. A separately housed amplifier unit, which also serves to adjust the switching distance, is connected via an M12 plug. Thereby, the sensor can eas-ily be exchanged in case of mechanical damage. The armoured cable, which is made of robust PTFE, is equipped with a metal protection hose. IDT sensors are particularly suited for high-temperature applications such as drying ovens or paint-spray lines.
