Optical Sensors We have a wide range of sensors available.
The range of optical sensors and fibre optic sensors we have available
are supported by our application engineers to ensure you get the best
sensor for your application. Whether it be measuring distances, checking
profiles, looking at surface thickness, counting objects, edge control,
tension control, validity checking, tolerance checking, dimensional
analysis and so the list goes on. From low cost optical sensors through
to high performance long-range laser distance sensors we have something
to offer.
The fibre optic and optical sensors we have available include
diffuse reflective sensors, through beam sensors and retro reflective
sensors. The fibre optic range provide solutions where access for the
optical sensor is difficult, conditions are harsh such as high
temperature, or where there are moving parts involved.
Analogue outputs and switched outputs are available on fibre optic and the optical
sensors. On certain sensors, such as the
laser distance sensors where high precision is involved, we have serial
outputs available to ensure excellent accuracy and reduced drift.
