Electromagnetic Flowmeters - Sensors
Through the complete lineup of electromagnetic sensors we can accommodate every requirement in several industries and applications. Highlight features include ATEX and drinking water approvals, a large selection of electrode materials and an accuracy of up to 0.25% of the flow. The electromagnetic sensors are available in various types and versions that can be utilized in numerous applications and industries.
SITRANS F M MAG 1100
suitable for measuring strongly aggressive and abrasive media in the process and water industries due to its compact wafer design and ceramic/PFA measuring tube. The sensor is available in nominal sizes from DN 2 to DN 100 (from 1/12" to 4") making it very suitable for dosing applications, it can be used for high temperature applications up to 200 °C (390 °F) and is available with ATEX approval for hazardous areas. The MAG 1100 electromagnetic flowmeter is designed for the general industry environment. The compact wafer design makes the MAG 1100 unaffected by the suspended solids, viscosity, and temperature challenges typically found within the process and pharmaceutical industries. The corrosion-resistant stainless steel housing and the highly resistant liner and electrodes also fit most extreme process media.
SITRANS F M MAG 1100 Food
especially designed for the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industry. The sensor prgram is available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 10 to DN 100 (from 3/8" to 4"), is equipped with an AISI 316 stainless steel enclosure, a hygienic seal, a 3A and EHEDG-tested construction and is supplied with connections according to your specifications. The MAG 1100 Food is available with ATEX approval for hazardous areas. The MAG 1100 Food electromagnetic flowmeter is especially designed for the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries and is available with hygienic and flexible process connections. The sensor has a 3A certificate and EHEDG tested construction and its performance is unaffected by suspended solids, viscosity and temperature challenges.
SITRANS F M MAG 5100 W
for all water applications. The sensor, available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 25 to DN 1200 (from 1" to 48") can be delivered with all available drinking water approvals, MID (EU) and OIML R49. Other features include increased low flow accuracy for water leak detection and integral grounding electrodes as standard. The MAG 5100 W electromagnetic flowmeter with its patented liners of NBR and PDM is a sensor for all water applications such as ground water, drinking water, waste water, sewage or sludge applications. Due to its coned design, increased low-flow accuracy is achieved making it especially useful for leakage detection.
SITRANS F M MAG 3100
measurement of even the most extreme process media due to its flexibility in the wide range of available linings, electrodes and flange materials. The sensor is available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 2000 (from ½" to 72") and it can be delivered as a high temperature version for applications with temperatures up to 180 °C (356 °F) and as a high pressure version. In addition, it is approved according to PTB, OIML R75, OIML R117 and ATEX.MAG 3100 electromagnetic flowmeter is a flexible and comprehensive sensor program, which is deliverable in a wide range of sizes. In addition to the grounding electrodes offered on the standard version, measuring electrodes capable of withstanding the most extreme processes and various liners are also available. The fully welded construction provides a ruggedness that fits almost every flow application.
SITRANS F M MAG 3100 P
to meet the most common specifications within the chemical and process industries with PTFE or PFA liners and Hastelloy electrodes being the ideal combination. It is available in nominal sizes ranging from DN 15 to DN 300 (from ½" to 12") and is available with ATEX approval and a material certificate according to EN 10204 3.1.The MAG 3100 P is designed to meet the most common specifications within the chemical and process industries with PTFE or PFA liners and Hastelloy electrodes being the ideal combination. The fully welded construction provides a ruggedness that fits almost every flow application.
