Our vision systems represent the highest professional standards in industrial image processing, checking semi-finished or finished products throughout virtually every industry sector. Typical applications include measuring, sorting, parts recognition, sample comparison, position detection, completeness checks and much more.
Incorporation of "state-of-the-art" technology means that even the smallest errors or deviations can be detected. After the user defines threshold and tolerance values the system compares actual with set-point values detecting any differences precisely, reliably and without fail. Our Vision systems are designed for 24-hour continuous operation and do not need a break!
Products are checked within milliseconds without influencing overall production speeds or the production process. Rapid, 100% inspection is assured. The inspection routines needed are already built in. Should there be a different requirement, the user is able to simply switch over to another program package.
All Imagecheckers’ output results via standard interfaces or integrated statistical functions. Error types and error frequency can be monitored and precise adjustments to the production processes can be made when necessary. Imagecheckers can be integrated at virtually any point in the production process. Errors can thus be detected even during initial sample production, resulting in significant cost savings.
There are additional features available such as the OCR (optical character recognition) checker which is an expert in reading, identifying and checking letters, characters and labels such as best before dates, serial numbers and other variable strings. The system can be easily trained with expected characters, symbols and their variations. Inspected text will be separated automatically and compared to the trained font. As a result the system outputs which characters or symbols the string consists of (OCR). Of course, also a comparison to pre defined strings or numbers can be performed (OCV).
